Usage of the Q3 must have changed greatly over the years. Back in the 1960s it was a rush-hours-only route. Now it's 24/7. Extending it into JFK was no doubt part of that change, but it couldn't be the only factor.(This also enabled the move of the Q85 (formerly Q5A) onto Bedell St. permanently and off Farmers Blvd., since it no longer had to provide full-time service along that brief corridor.) |
